This week Rwanda plays host to the 26th Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting. It's the first time Rwanda has hosted the conference and only the sixth African nation to do so.

Newsday鈥檚 Bola Mosuro is reporting from the capital Kigali where she met Mkombozi Karake who works for the World Bank. He told her: 鈥淲e鈥檙e the youngest country to join鈥� being part of the Commonwealth is honestly a very big deal, hosting it is something that was not expected.鈥�
