Thousands of women across the United States are considering being sterilised as their preferred method of birth control.聽That's according to doctors, online search data, and women鈥檚 health groups. It follows the US Supreme Court overturning of聽 the landmark Roe v. Wade ruling which put an end to the guarantee of abortion rights in the country. In terms of sterilisation procedures, women are specifically researching tying their fallopian tubes, that required surgery. Abortion is now being fully banned in at least eight states, with more expected in the coming weeks, and several states having restricted access to abortion.
