Plan unveiled to get more people from diverse backgrounds into farming
Farming entrepreneur Wilfred Emmanuel-Jones is launching an initiative to encourage more young people to get involved in the food and agriculture industry.
He is behind the award-winning Black Farmer food range, and is working with Writtle Agricultural College in Essex to find the 鈥渘ew face of farming鈥�.
