Reality TV star Vicky Pattison talks to 5 Live鈥檚 Nihal Arthanayake about her father鈥檚 relationship with alcohol, and how she tried to help him with his addiction.

It鈥檚 the subject of a documentary 鈥楢lcohol, My Dad and Me鈥�.

She says that as a result of her father鈥檚 addiction he 鈥渄idn鈥檛 know us that well, he didn鈥檛 see us in the jungle or follow my career much鈥�.

鈥淪ince doing the documentary, we鈥檝e become a lot closer, and we talk every day.鈥�

She says her dad was 35 when he 鈥渟tarted losing his battle with alcoholism鈥� and now she鈥檚 reached the same area, she thinks this documentary has backed up her fear that they were on a similar path.
