Justin Russi, who runs four care homes, says 鈥渢he government needs to act quickly鈥�.

Speaking to Jeanette Kwakye, he said that they can鈥檛 turn down the lights and they can鈥檛 turn off the heating.

鈥淲e have emergency funds which we will be using to sustain us through this difficult period initially, so we won鈥檛 close overnight but the government needs to take action now鈥�, he adds.
