Pulling back from suicide
John Kewely spoke with ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Merseyside's Phil Munns about his struggles with mental health and pulling back from the brink of suicide. John receives help from the charity ‘JourneyMEN’ in Birkenhead who encourage other men to talk about, and remove the stigma around men's mental health.
John has been inspired by Liverpool UFC fighter Paddy Pimblett. Paddy used a post-fight interview recently to talk about a friend of his who had taken his own life.
