Kabul blast: 'This is not the first attack on Hazaras and won’t be the last'
At least 19 students, most of them female, have been killed in a suicide attack at an educational centre in the Afghan capital Kabul. Nearly 30 others have been injured.
Students had been sitting a practice university exam when the bomber struck. No group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
Many of the people living in that area are minority Hazaras, who have often been targeted by Islamic State (IS) militants. One Hazara student who lives close the centre described hearing the blast.
