Essex singer Olly Murs is back after a four-year music hiatus with a brand new single and a refreshed outlook on life.
From X-Factor contestant to global pop star and coach on The Voice, Olly's career has seen some incredible highs but also some difficult times.
The Witham singer tells ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Essex's Sonia Watson how the last year in particular put him "in a really bad place", but he's emerged feeling healthier and energised as he releases new material and unveils plans for a UK tour.
