Ex-England star Gary Lineker explains how he'd crack down on parents at children鈥檚 football matches shouting abuse at referees.

鈥淥ne of my pet hates in life," says the Match of the Day presenter, is "parents on the touchline鈥� they鈥檙e so unhelpful and they don鈥檛 know what they鈥檙e talking about.鈥�

In an ideal world, he says, 鈥渁ll they鈥檙e allowed to do is applaud鈥�.

Gary says this abuse 鈥渋s not helped by the professional game,鈥� and all parents are doing is 鈥渋nstilling fear in their own鈥�.

鈥淚t鈥檚 an issue -- and it鈥檚 not just an issue here, it鈥檚 an issue in other countries.鈥�
