'...the whole of our game needs looking at...'
The Chairman of the Cornwall RFU, Dave Saunter, says changes are needed to help rugby clubs in Cornwall and across the country.
He describes the game as 'broken' and wants a solution to be found to help teams.
It comes after Premiership clubs Worcester and Wasps have gone into administration.
But Saunter says most clubs in Cornwall are coping financially.
He's been speaking to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Cornwall's James Churchfield.
