See how crude oil is stolen in Nigeria
Nigerian authorities say at least 400,000 barrels of crude oil are stolen daily by oil thieves with the country losing about 700 million dollars every month – the combined budgets of two states in a fiscal year. Gist Nigeria’s Vivian Oguche looks at how it is possible for such a monumental economic sabotage to be perpetrated in Africa's largest economy.
