South Korea Halloween crush: Overwhelming grief
South Korea's police chief has said their emergency response to the Itaewon crush was "inadequate", and vowed a full investigation.
At least 156 people died, including 26 foreign nationals, in a deadly crowd crush in central Seoul.
On Saturday night, crowds gathered in an alley in Itaewon, a popular nightlife district in Seoul, to celebrate Halloween without restrictions for the first time since Covid.
The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Jean MacKenzie spoke with families and friends who lost their loved ones.
