Premier League managers: how do you increase diversity?
The Szymanski report, commissioned by the Black Footballers Partnership found that 43% of Premier League and 34% of the English Football League players are black, but only 4.4% are managers. Crystal Palace manager Patrick Vieira is the only black manager in the Premier League and he told 蜜芽传媒 Sport that he feels doors are not open for black managers. Former Aston Villa and West Ham player Nigel Reo-Coker and Cameroon defender Gaetan Bong join Lee James to discuss ways to increase the diversity in coaching.
