‘It’s all about bragging rights’: The women playing Fantasy Football
Fantasy Football is an online game which requires building a make believe team of real world Premier League players and gaining points based on their play on the pitch such as scoring goals.
Data shows that the number of women playing Fantasy Football has increased from 165,000 in 2015-16 to more than 355,000 in 2021.
