'Cards of Qatar': The World Cup's victims
The build up the the 2022 Qatar World Cup has been punctuated with controversy - especially over the country's human rights record.
Despite government reforms, migrant workers are reported to face labour abuses and have struggled to change jobs freely.
Martin Schibbye, chief editor and co-founder of Blankspot, a Swedish journalism website, has created a new series of football cards that replaces footballers with the faces and stories of migrant workers who have died in Qatar.
He said it was important to "tell the stories of the people behinds the statistics, all the people that went from South Asia to get their family out of poverty and built Qatar, who made this World Cup possible but didn't get to experience it".
