The poorly baby otter hiding under the stairs
A baby otter has been rescued having been found under a stairway near Penzance harbour. He was dehydrated and not very well so Dan Jarvis from British Divers Marine Life Rescue was called to help. He's been telling Julie Skentelbery all about it.
