Litter picking on Liverpool’s most famous street
Volunteers who keep Liverpool's famous Penny Lane litter free say they want tourists to see the city at its best.
The Penny Lane Wombles group formed two years ago to keep the street - immortalised by The Beatles - looking clean and tidy.
Claire Hamilton speaks to Kath Maguire who founded the group, inspired by the fictional creatures, and she hopes Penny Lane is somewhere to be proud of.
