A young man from Norfolk says going into care turned his life around. Ronaldo Martins is 20, and was taken into care when he was 10.

He's been speaking about how he was treated by Children's Services. For years, the council department was failing or struggling. Inspectors now say it's 'good'.

Ronaldo's been speaking to our Political Reporter Paul Moseley. He's been telling him that whilst he's glad things worked out for him - he wants the department to make sure all children get the same service.
