There are currently 124 empty shop units in Derby according to commercial property agent Russell Rigby. A number of businesses that started in the last 12 months have already shut down and footfall is 鈥渨orryingly low鈥�. Russell has been sharing his hopes for the high street with 蜜芽传媒 Radio Derby鈥檚 Donna Alos.
