Forbes outlines bid to become first minister

Kate Forbes, Scotland鈥檚 finance secretary, has outlined her bid to become the SNP's next leader and first minister.

Speaking to 蜜芽传媒 Scotland, Ms Forbes said she has the vision, experience and competence to inspire voters, making her the right person to succeed Nicola Sturgeon.

Ms Sturgeon announced her intention to stand down as first minister and SNP leader last week.
