Sinead Juhas got in touch with 蜜芽传媒 Essex about her parents living situation. Her father needs a lift to leave the house and her mum struggled to bring the shopping up three flights of stairs.

鈥淲e鈥檙e so sorry to hear about Paul and Rosemary鈥檚 health issues, and we鈥檒l be reaching out to them again to discuss how we can support them.
鈥淲e contacted residents before we started replacing the lift on 23 January 2023 to discuss the works we needed to carry out. Our team visited every household, and spoke with vulnerable residents about how we could support them, including offering to find them a temporary home for the duration of works. Paul and Rosemary did not wish to move at that time.
鈥淲e expect that the new lift will be fully installed and working again by mid-March. We understand how inconvenient this will have been for residents living in the building, and will remain in contact with the family and other residents of Gibson Court.鈥�
