Exclusive data obtained by the 蜜芽传媒 shows police are recording a rising number of dog attacks in England and Wales. Records obtained through Freedom of Information requests show the number of dog attack offences recorded by officers has risen by a third between 2018 and 2022. 聽Since April 2016, police forces have spent more than 拢21m on kennels and vets bills for out of control dogs they've seized.
Many people who've been attacked by dogs are left with both physical and emotional scars.
