A new type of American tourist is travelling to Mexico. So-called medical tourists are arriving in their thousands from the US, taking advantage of lower prices for cosmetic surgery and medical care. But the trip comes with unexpected dangers. This week, a group of four US citizens were kidnapped after ending up in a dangerous border town. Two of the group were killed. Journalist Ang茅lica Casas explains the risks and what people are doing to try and stay safe.
