Bill Moore from Tockenham near Royal Wootton Bassett was a commander in southern Iraq. 20 years on from the invasion, he talks to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Wiltshire’s Kelly Morgan about setting up a headquarters in one of Saddam Hussein's former palaces.
