Emma Campbell, known as Limitless Em on social media, features in the new documentary 鈥楽toryville鈥檚 Bowelbabe: In Her Own Words鈥�.

It鈥檚 a documentary about the reality of living with a bowel cancer where Dame Deborah James talks about her bowel cancer diagnosis, treatment and shares personal moments in the documentary.

Emma was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2010. She went through cancer treatment alongside Deb at the Royal Marsden in London.

Speaking to 5 Live鈥檚 Tony Livesey, she said: 鈥淧hysically I鈥檓 doing well but I think so much needs to be said about the emotional aspect and what an impact cancer has.鈥�

鈥淚 was living as though I was dying for years even though I really wasn鈥檛.鈥�

鈥淭hat mindset shift really came about through stepping into the community. I can鈥檛 underestimate how much help it can be.鈥�

Emma reacted to the early screening of the film and said: 鈥淚t was so profoundly moving, so heart-breaking but at the same time so life-affirming and so intimate.鈥�

鈥淎ll Debs wanted was to squeeze the joy out of life and to live it.鈥�

The documentary called 鈥楽toryville鈥檚 Bowelbabe: In Her Own Words鈥� will air on Monday 17th April, 21:00 BST on 蜜芽传媒 Two and iPlayer.
