    Businesses are losing trade, but West Street, Farnham won't be open soon.
A £1.3 million water network upgrade project has been underway on West Street in Farnham, since January, but a number of "engineering difficulties" mean work won't be done by the end of April as planned.
Sylvia Schuller runs Blue Bear Bookshop in the town and they've seen a loss in trade since the closure.
