What next for North West 200 post 2023?

The soaring cost of public liability almost stopped this year's North West 200 in its tracks but a large donation from a County Tyrone businessman saved the day. Earlier this year, the organising clubs deemed it impossible to run events because of soaring insurance charges. Road racing is notoriously risky, with six riders killed at the flagship races on the Isle of Man last year. With dangers associated with the sport a factor in rising costs, does Northern Ireland's largest outdoor sporting event have a future? Reporter Helen Jones spent the day at the North West 200.
