Six months ago, ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ 5 Live F1 reporter, Jennie Gow, 46, experienced a stroke.

In her first 5 Live interview since then, Jennie speaks to Rachel Burden about the impact it’s had on her life.

"It literally came out of the blue. I had no warning. I just remember everything going swimmy and I felt instantaneously drunk," she says.

On how she's feeling now, Jennie says: "It's hard to get the words out sometimes, but generally I'm feeling ok", adding the support she's had from friends and family has "meant a lot".
