Labour rows back on its £28bn green pledge
Labour has rowed back on its Green Prosperity Plan, saying it needs to be 'responsible' with the public finances.
Shadow chancellor Rachel Reeves told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio 4's Today programme the policy changes in an exclusive interview, saying the pledge target of £28bn will be met in 'the second half of the first parliament'.
