Canada forest fires 'likely to be worst year'
The authorities in Canada say there are now more than four hundred wildfires across the country, with half of them classed as 'out of control'. In the west, around two thousand people have been ordered to evacuate their homes at Tumbler Ridge, in British Columbia, where hot, dry conditions have sparked a major fire. Firefighters from across the world have arrived in Quebec to help tackle the fires, which left much of North America blanketed in smoke. Paul Henley has been speaking to Canada's environment minister, Steven Guilbeault.
