"We're there whenever the NHS call, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in all weathers"
It's the ultimate road trip, Coventry to Scotland, Ireland, Wales and London and The Warwickshire and Solihull Blood Bikes are planning to do it in a day and a half.
The Blood Bike group are a vital group who transport important medical materials to hospitals such as blood and breast milk and they do it on motorbikes.
They are completely supported by volunteers, the community and local businesses and are currently trying to raise £15,000 for a new vehicle to continue their work.
The group which has 35 separate teams all around the country cover a massive 550 hospitals.
Vice President of Warwickshire & Solihull Blood Bikes Phil MacRae spoke to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR's Lorna Bailey two and a half hours into the road trip.
