The chair of the ECB, Richard Thompson refuses to be drawn on whether male cricketers will have to take a pay cut to ensure equal pay between men and women.

He鈥檚 been speaking to 5 Live鈥檚 Naga Munchetty in the wake of a damning report into 鈥渨idespread鈥� sexism, elitism and racism in English and Welsh cricket.

The ICEC report recommends pay equity be introduced at the domestic level by 2029, and by 2030 at international level.
