Dawson inspired Hampshire race to fourth championship win.
On a wearing Ageas bowl pitch, Hampshire beat Middlesex by an innings and 61 runs. Liam Dawson was the star performer. The 33 year old hit 141 in Hampshire's only innings of 419 all out. He then returned match figures of 12-130. Not since 1901 has a Hampshire player hit an individual hundred and taken ten wickets or more in a first class match. "It's obviously a proud moment, and something I will probably never do again. " said Dawson.
