Nailsea parents tribute to “golden” daughter
Richard and Sophie Wood lost their daughter to a rare and little known condition. They have now raised a quarter of a million pounds to help with new research. Billie Wood was just 25 when she died at Southmead Hospital from a brain bleed which led to complications. Now her parents, her younger brother and their many friends are determined that something positive will come out of such a tragedy.
