An 80-year-old woman with fifty years of volunteering experience has described the 鈥渄ifficult time鈥� facing the NHS as it marks its 75th birthday. Rita Archer from Derby started her volunteering journey at a fundraiser in 1963, where she accidentally sold the event organiser鈥檚 jacket.
