British Sign Language : “No funding in Manchester”
Parents of deaf children in our region are calling for sign language lessons to be free for those who need them.
Many families have to self-fund, due to what's been described as "inconsistent" and "insufficient" funding.
Holly Kramer is from Withington and told ѿý Radio Manchester how hard it was for her to find the right help to communicate with her daughter Sybil, who has been profoundly deaf since birth.
