Soon, you'll no longer have to pay to get rid of DIY waste at Surrey's recycling centres.

From September the County Council鈥檚 planning to scrap charges for things like rubble, timber and glass.

It's hoped it will reduce fly tipping. We've been to Witley to find out what centre users there think.
