Tributes to Tony Butler
Friends and former colleagues of Tony Butler have paid tribute to the radio legend, following his death at the age of 88.
Tony is credited with inventing the Football Phone In at BRMB in Birmingham before bringing it to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio WM, where he also hosted the breakfast show.
His career spanned more than 50 years and Brummie comedian Jasper Carrott, ex WM presenter Jenny Wilkes and ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio WM's current Football Phone In host Daz Hale are among those to praise his impact on the industry.
