'I've got all these little wins and I get to stay in Leicester'
We've been following the progress of Jordan Brady, owner of JB Kitchen in Birstall as he competes on Channel 4's Five Star Kitchen: Britain's Next Great Chef.
He made it all the way to the final, after growing up struggling with drug abuse and homelessness.
Although he didn't take home the trophy in the end, he told us it was the perfect outcome.
