"A poem for my brother's donor"
Over 2700 competitors came to Coventry to compete under the name of the hospital they received their life-saving operations.
When the Games launched in Broadgate, the crowd heard from 18-year-old Doroti Polger.
She recited a poem - an ode to her younger brother's donor Justin.
She told ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ CWR's Ed Nell the story.
