Is the battle lost to save Malvern Hills College?

A campaign to save Malvern Hills College - an arts centre that offered adult courses for 135 years - has suffered a major blow, after a battle in the High Court.

The college site has been for sale since closing in 2021. Today its owners, Warwickshire Colleges Group have won a legal case to sell the site and to change its use, a move which opens the door to the college being replaced by housing.

Our reporter James Pearson outlines the case to Andrew Easton, who hears from campaigner Christine Seymour.
