Hampshire move up to second place in Group A after thier 91 run victory over Nottinghamshire at Welbeck CC. Hants posted 254 all out thanks to Nick Gubbins' innings of 119. In reply the home were bowled out for just 163.
On his Century Gubbins said "Anytime you score runs and it leads to a team victory it means alot."
On his teams fine all round bowling performance, Gubbins said "That was as easy a ride as I've had as Captain. I could chill at cover and rotate the bowlers and every single one of them hit the arrows and did what they do best."
On his teams one hundred percent record in thier first three group matches, Gubbins added "It's a nice start....but we are under no illusions there are some tough games coming up."
