Bridlington's bucket and spade problem
Bridlington's beaches are being swamped with abandoned plastic buckets and spades. That's according to the Sewerby Women's Institute who have recovered huge quantities of this and other rubbish in recent months. There are concerns the plastic is harming local wildlife as well as breaking down and entering the food chain. Our Environment Correspondent Paul Murphy has been to meet the Women's Institute and other volunteers as they litter pick on Bridlington's beaches.
