Charlotte lost her 13 month old son, Freddie from injuries sustained in a road accident. Soon after, she set up a charity, Freddie's Wish, to provide bereavement support to families who have lost a child and also to provide free paediatric first aid training to parents and carers. Since then, she has gone on to raise approximately 拢200,000 and has trained more than 1500 people in first aid. She's a finalist in our Make a Difference awards.
