Veronica is described as 鈥渁 most extraordinary person and a five-star asset to the community鈥� by Sue, who adds that in addition to her work with Guides and Brownies, Veronica 鈥渜uietly, and so very humbly, makes a difference鈥� to so many people鈥檚 lives.
