Julie Taylor has been spearheading a campaign to install bleed control kits across Essex. Julie lost her grandson Liam Taylor to knife crime in 2020. Since then, she has raised more than 拢30,000 and installed dozens of bleed control kits in pubs, bars, community centres and busy shopping areas, helping to provide vital first aid if someone is stabbed or cut.
