'I was fed up with being the only person with a disability at open water swimming events'
Sophie Etheridge had a car accident in 2011 and as a result developed Complex Regional Pain Syndrome.
But she challenged herself to swim the English Channel.
It took her 29 hours and 4 minutes to complete the challenge to raise awareness of swimmers with disabilities and to raise money for the Swimming Teachers Association.
