The holidays are over and it’s back to work and school.
Hundreds of flights were delayed or cancelled on 28 August, a bank holiday, and the day after due to an error with the air traffic control software.
Martin Lewis explains to 5 Live’s Nihal Arthanayake how to navigate the complex circumstances around claiming compensation from any botched flight experience.
