More dog attacks on Merseyside, who's responsible?
Another dog attack on Merseyside and now a judge in Liverpool has warned that owners of powerful potentially dangerous dogs which attack are “in serious danger” of going to prison.
The Prime Minister says American XL Bully dogs are to be banned by the end of the year after a number of recent attacks involving the breed.
So what does the banning of a breed mean in a practical sense? What happens now to the dogs in loving homes with responsible owners?
