Women in comedy: 鈥淚 don鈥檛 feel particularly safe鈥�
Comedian Russell Brand is facing accusations of rape, sexual assault and emotional abuse, following a joint investigation by Channel 4鈥檚 Dispatches programme, The Times and The Sunday Times newspaper. In a statement released on his YouTube account, the comedian says he is the subject of 鈥渁 coordinated attack鈥� involving 鈥渧ery serious allegations that I absolutely refute鈥�.
Lizzy Lenco is a female comedian from Derby who was approached by Channel 4 to contribute towards the investigation. She鈥檚 been speaking to 蜜芽传媒 Radio Derby鈥檚 Sally Pepper.
